When I was younger, I wanted to be..

an author – I started writing my first ‘book’ in 1997 (and I’m still working on one today!)

With family that have made waves in adtech, PR, and radio since the 1950s, Ren’s passion for their work comes as no surprise. In 2022, Ren won Silver for ‘Best New Audio Producer’ at the Audio Production Awards, and they are self-taught in a number of skills from content writing to graphics, multimedia production to project management, audio engineering and web design. They hold a first-class degree in Creative Writing and have written for a range of industries including tech, education, business finance, recruitment, and lifestyle.

Sitting at the intersection between queer and neurodiverse, and growing up with a CEO for a mother, Ren has a fierce drive to work hard, succeed humbly, and fight for what’s right. Outside of work they have a strong passion for LGBTQ+ rights, gender equality, mental health, and sustainability. 

Fun fact: Ren is the writer, producer and lead actor of a fiction podcast with an audience of over 64,000 people, and the regular Dungeon Master for their D&D group.
