CULTURE ALL DAY LONG

Championing diversity, equality and inclusion

We foster a creative, inclusive environment where we can be proud of our differences, focusing on supporting each other and learning about the things that make us individual – knowledge is power!

Always remote, always flexible

Our team thrive on a global, fully remote work model, operating from the comfort of our own homes. Our success in remote working is all down to our solid company culture built on communication, trust, and flexibility.

Power up in Boost Your Power Hour

We carve out time to work on upskilling as a team. Every Friday in our virtual office, we prioritise education through platforms like Skillshare, dedicating a focused hour to refine skills away from the constant stream of emails!

In-house Coaching

Our fabulous business coach Nicki Coe regularly hosts coaching sessions and team-building activities, creating a welcoming, connected and open space where we can develop under professional guidance.

Networking and mentoring

Working remotely, it’s important to tap into the networks that are there to support you. Our team actively participates in mentoring programs like Bloom and lollipop, both UK-based nonprofit networks within our industry dedicated to uniting women in the field, offering support and expertise sharing.

OUR VALUES

I always wanted The Digital Voice™ to be a PR agency with a different way of doing things. As a company we are an offbeat, playful and bold B2B adtech PR agency and this runs through the veins of all we do for our client partners but also how we work as a team. Firstly, we believe in life-work balance, and it is that order that defines us; I am passionate about protecting the energy of the team and creating a workplace that is all about finding joy, passion and growth. Our values are to own it, improve it and love it and through them, we've created a truly harmonious and energised team and culture.

Secondly, our team has and always will be 100% remote! With 30+ freelance experts spread out all over the globe, we've been able to tap into incredible talent without being restricted by location. This means that we have to work even harder to ensure we communicate, have fun and work together virtually – and we really do make it work.

When I look at the team we have built up, they all have 4 things in common: they are kind, energetic, positive, and bring their smiles to all that we do. I am proud every day to have created a company that truly believes in being brave, being bold and above all, being you. Bring yourself – your true self – and you can't go far wrong.

A Word from Our Coach

“A strong and authentic company culture is important as it unites a team beyond their day to day tasks. It creates a deeper motivation to engage in the business as they believe in your shared values and participate in initiatives that exist to nurture the team, not just to generate profit.

As The Digital Voice’s Business Coach, I work closely with everyone on multiple elements of company culture. Right from processes such as team communication and collaboration, up to creative ideas for relationship building.

Julia has built a team that works hard for each other, not just for themselves. This is credit to Julia’s commitment to prioritising the company’s culture and continually innovating on new ways to strengthen it. Especially for a business that’s fully remote, it’s incredible to see and the benefits are evident from the Agency Benchmarker results.”

A Word from  Agency Benchmarker

“YouBecome is a boutique consultancy that has helped ambitious and growing SMEs in the UK to understand and improve the dynamics between leadership, culture and the employee experience. In 2023, we decided to launch The Agency Benchmarker research project into the world of Marketing Agencies (PR/Comms, Creative, Digital and Integrated.)

We have conducted anonymous staff surveys like this with hundreds of companies and have been doing so for nearly twenty years. It's safe to say that these are definitely among the best scores that we have ever seen! There's not a lot in the data that suggests that The Digital Voice™ needs to do very much differently from what they're doing.”
