When I was younger, I wanted to be..

A teacher. I used to line my teddies up in a row (and my

younger sister) and teach them. I would even set them class work…and do it myself.

Akinyi Odhiambo is an Events Manager at The Digital Voice™, and is responsible for the research, delivery and execution of the client’s events, marketing and at times social..

Prior to joining The Digital Voice, Akinyi has managed the logistics for a variety of events in the UK and abroad, predominantly in the tech sector. She is a planner at heart, always keeping busy in and out of work. Akinyi has a degree in French and Film Studies from Nottingham University and spent her year abroad teaching English in several primary schools in the South of France.

Fun Fact: Akinyi is a member of a musical theatre choir that rang in the New Year on BBC One and sang on stage at the London Palladium.
